All payments are final. No refunds will be issued after a session has begun or a digital product has been delivered.

Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Shipping can 2-3 weeks. All spelled vials are set with intentions and can take time to manually curate.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.
